SHIPPING:
We offer free standard shipping within the continental US on all orders over $100.
All other orders outside of the US will be charged the flat rate International Shipping Fee. If the address provided at checkout is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed.
RETURNS:
Since every item is handmade and made to order, regular price and sale items are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns unless item is defective. Shop credit may be given if you believe your item to be defective. 
If you believe your order is defective please make sure you follow the steps below to start the return process:
1. Notify us within 5 business days after receiving your order. Email us at thenineapparel@yahoo.com. We will contact you via email if we have any questions or concerns regarding your request. Approval must be given before sending item back.
2. Ship the item back to us after given approval. You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with shipping the returned item. Contact us for a return address. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
3. Upon receipt of the returned item, shop credit will be issued.
